These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bumi Lumi: Baby Coloring mobile application (the "Application") created by 770 Digital Studio, a brand of Israchem Ltd ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of themselves and the minor child using the Application. This Application is intended for use by children under parental supervision.
2. License
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The Application offers the following in-app purchase options, all of which are managed and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Free trials are available only to new subscribers who have not previously activated a trial for the same subscription product. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically at the applicable subscription price upon expiration of the trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original purchase, unless the price has been changed with prior notice.
3.4 Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase, or upon expiration of the applicable free trial period. You can review your current subscription status and upcoming billing date at any time through your device's account settings.

The Application offers a one-time Lifetime purchase that grants permanent access to all premium content available at the time of purchase. Lifetime access is a non-consumable in-app purchase. It is non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
3.7 Seasonal Packs
Seasonal content packs are available as one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases. Each pack is a standalone purchase and is not included in the Monthly or Yearly subscription unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
3.8 Restore Purchases
If you have previously purchased a subscription, Lifetime access, or a Seasonal Pack, you may restore your purchases by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the Parent Zone settings within the Application. The following purchase types are eligible for restoration:

3.2 Free Trials
Free trials are available only to new subscribers who have not previously activated a trial for the same subscription product.
